Job Title: Sales executive

We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented, and detail-focused Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in planning and booking flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, and travel insurance.
Provide accurate information about travel destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements.
Recommend travel packages based on customers' preferences and budget.
Handle travel reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners.




Ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for clients.

Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online booking systems.
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
