About the RoleLiverpool Clothing is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail experience, and a passion for achieving business targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales targets and maximize store profitability.
Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain VM (Visual Merchandising) standards as per company guidelines.
Monitor daily store operations, billing, cash handling, and inventory management.
Control stock movement, shrinkage, and stock discrepancies.
Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and store hygiene.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs,
and audit requirements.
Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of store staff.
Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 1–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in apparel, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or retail.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
Valuable knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory management, and store operations.
Comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
Target-driven with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
