Job Description:

Program Execution and Delivery
 Lead and oversee end-to-end digital transformation programs, from inception to post-implementation,
ensuring all initiatives align with company’s strategic goals and add value.
 Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, outlining milestones, deliverables, budgets, and
resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery.
 Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring that all potential obstacles are managed proactively.
Change Management and Adoption
 Drive change management initiatives to prepare the organization for digital adoption, addressing
resistance and ensuring smooth transition to new processes and systems.
 Develop and execute strategies for post-rollout adoption, tracking user engagement and supporting the
integration of digital solutions into daily operations.
 Engage with stakeholders to promote transformation, fostering a culture that embraces innovation and
change.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
 Act as a primary liaison between the Technology team and other departments, building robust
relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Operations, Sales and Finance.
 Communicate program objectives, milestones,



and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, tailoring
messaging to align with audience needs and ensuring transparency.
 Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote digital awareness and enhance stakeholder
understanding of transformation objectives.
Performance Reporting and Tracking
 Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of
transformation programs.
 Prepare and present regular reports on program progress, challenges, and results to senior leadership,
providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
 Analyze feedback from post-rollout adoption to identify areas for enhancement and ensure programs are
delivering expected benefits.
Leadership and Team Development
 Lead cross-functional teams through the program lifecycle, providing guidance, support, and motivation to
ensure cooperative success.
 Cultivate a team-oriented environment that encourages knowledge sharing, innovation, and high
performance across program teams.
 Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skilled growth.
