n Extension Architecture is an award-winning architectural practice based in Roehampton, London, with over 17 years of experience in architecture, planning, and design-led project delivery.
n We are looking for a Bangalore-based Post Production Head / Video Content Director with 3–4 years of experience in video editing, filmography, cinematic storytelling, and post-production.
n This role is not just about editing. We need someone who can guide video direction, suggest what type of content we should create, and work with our London-based owner and production team to shape videos across:
n n Planning permission
n Building Regulations
n Structural Engineering
n Construction
n Interiors
n Project case studies
n Brand and social media content
n n Key Responsibilities
n n Plan and edit skilled video content for digital platforms




n Create hooks, storylines, video structures, and editing styles
n Guide the production team on how footage should be captured and curated
n Turn technical topics into easy, engaging visual content
n Work on motion graphics, transitions, captions, colour grading, and sound design
n Maintain a consistent brand style across all videos
n n Requirements
n n 3–4 years of experience in video editing, post-production, or creative video direction
n Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
n Solid storytelling and visual communication skills
n Ability to guide a remote team and take creative ownership
n Based in or near Bangalore
