Production Engineer / Assembler — Water Robotics (Hyderabad)

We're a Hyderabad-based consumer robotics startup building next-generation adaptive furniture. We're looking for a hands-on Production Engineer/Assembler to join our hardware team and play a key role in bringing our products to life on the shop floor.

What you'll do:
Assemble electro-mechanical products — integrating motors, PCBs, actuators, wiring harnesses, and structural components as per engineering drawings and standard operating procedures
Test and troubleshoot assembled units, diagnose faults, and flag defects or quality issues for corrective action
Work closely with the design and engineering team to refine assembly processes, improve build quality, and reduce cycle time
Support the setup and calibration of jigs, fixtures, and assembly stations
Maintain tools, keep the workstation organized,



and update production and inventory records accurately

What we're looking for:
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics
Prior hands-on experience in electro-mechanical or product assembly
Comfortable reading technical drawings and confident using hand and power tools
Basic understanding of electronics, wiring, and testing equipment is a robust plus
Detail-oriented, reliable, and a proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of their work

Full-time, in office role with the opportunity to grow alongside a quick-moving hardware team.
