This is not a conventional sales role.
As a Business Development Executive, you will own the customer journey—from the first conversation to commercial production. You will be the bridge between the customer and KAIN's cross-functional teams, ensuring every project is executed seamlessly.
Success in this role requires robust relationship management, commercial acumen, project ownership, and the ability to collaborate across Product Development, R&D;, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across beauty and personal care categories.
Own customer projects from enquiry through product development, sampling,



commercialization and repeat production.
Drive cross-functional coordination between Product Development, R&D;, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain to ensure timely execution.
Monitor project timelines, proactively resolve bottlenecks and communicate updates to customers.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations and business cases.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer project tracker.
1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Client Success or Product Management.
Experience in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, pharmaceuticals or contract manufacturing is preferred.
Robust project management and problem-solving abilities.
