Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and receive inbound calls to assist customers.
Explain the company's products and services to potential customers.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
Schedule appointments or coordinate with the sales team when required.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Follow company processes and maintain high service quality.
