Generate business through cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition activities.
Conduct field sales and direct marketing by developing relationships with builders, Channel Partners (CPs), Chartered Accountants (CAs), property consultants, and other referral sources.
Understand customer financial requirements and guide them in selecting suitable loan products.
Collect, verify, and follow up on all required customer documentation to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
Coordinate with the Operations Team for smooth loan login, processing, and sanction support.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and business associates to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Regularly follow up with customers and lending partners until loan disbursement and maintain accurate records of all leads and files.
