Key Responsibilities

 Operate CNC Turning (CNC Lathe) machines with Fanuc and Siemens controllers.

 Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and setup instructions.

 Perform job setup, chuck setting, tool setting, and work offset setting.

 Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely.

 Run CNC programs and monitor machining operations.

 Perform tool wear and geometry offset corrections to maintain dimensional accuracy.

 Carry out first-piece inspection before starting batch production.

 Inspect components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers (OD/ID), Bore Gauges, Thread Gauges, Dial Indicators, Height Gauges, and other measuring instruments.

 Replace cutting tools,



inserts, drills, bori

ng bars, and tool holders as required.

 Monitor tool life and optimize tool usage.

 Perform in-process inspections and record inspection results.

 Maintain production records, machine logbooks, and shift reports.

 Report machine alarms, tool breakage, quality issues, or machine abnormalities to the Supervisor.

 Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S standards.

 Follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE.
