Job SummaryMarvin Rupee Zone is looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Tele Callers to join our growing real estate & Loans team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, generating quality leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases.
Explain Loans & Real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities clearly and professionally.
Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.
Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
Follow up regularly with interested customers via calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Answer customer queries and provide complete project information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.




RequirementsMinimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Freshers are welcome; prior tele calling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
Positive communication skills in Telugu are mandatory.
Basic communication skills in English and Hindi are preferred.
Confident speaking and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM is an added advantage).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred SkillsExperience in Loans & Real estate telecalling.
Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
Knowledge of Loans & Hyderabad real estate market is an added advantage.
Qualified phone etiquette.
