We are a leading non-woven Carpet manufacturing company seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to drive business growth, generate new leads, and develop solid client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, customer acquisition, and business development within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Identify and acquire new clients in construction, infrastructure, engineering, and industrial sectors, event organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and commercial discussions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and business contracts.
Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
Track sales prospects and maintain an updated customer database.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Skills
Strong B2B Sales and Business Development experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of Industrial Sales, Manufacturing Products, and Customer Acquisition.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Industrial Sales, Corporate Sales, or Manufacturing Sales.
