Job Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with interested leads.
Understand clients' health concerns and guide them about our programs.
Build trust and maintain qualified communication.
Book consultations and convert leads into enrollments.
Maintain lead records and follow-up status in CRM.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Punjabi & Hindi (Basic English preferred).
Positive attitude and valuable convincing skills.
Ability to build relationships with clients.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Counselling is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
