We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Tele-caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, following up on outstanding dues, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and collections.
Remind customers about overdue payments and pending dues.
Explain outstanding balances and payment options clearly.
Negotiate payment commitments as per company guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.
Update collection reports and CRM systems regularly.
Resolve customer queries related to payments and settlements.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.




Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge, Excel and data entry skills.
Fluency in Telugu ( preferred ), basic Hindi, and English.

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) completed.
Freshers ( preferred ) and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in collections, tele-calling, BPO, or customer service is an added advantage.
