Job Responsibilities:
Make follow-up and callback calls to customers.
Handle customer queries professionally over calls.
Encourage customers to provide Google Reviews after service/purchase.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience in Voice Process (Retail industry experience preferred).
Education: 12th Pass to Graduate.
Languages: English, Hindi & Marathi (Mandatory).
Immediate joiners preferred.
