Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage real estate agents and sales managers. Set goals and track daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
Sales Strategy: Create plans to hit company revenue targets. Study market trends and find current ways to sell properties.
Client Relations: Build robust ties with key clients, investors, and partners. Help close big deals and solve major client issues.
Requirements
Experience: At least 5 to 8 years of sales experience in real estate, with 3 years in a management role.
Skills: Solid leadership, great communication, and deep knowledge of property markets and sales pipelines.
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
