Key Accountabilities:
Core responsibilities
Administrate the live environment daily
Ensure network connections and stability, maintain PCs that are dedicated to robots
Run processes, analyse process logs
Manage live technical settings on day-to-day basis
Ensures that the daily activity reports are sent to Process Controller and Business Units
Escalate and inform related parties about issues, reporting Automation related issues to L3 Technical
Specialist.
Monitors KPIs and scheduling of processes
Password Management on regular basis.
Manages Level 2 support requests / incidents.
Completes basic troubleshooting steps to resolve L2 issues.
Escalates L3 issues to L3 Technical Specialist
Deploys schedule for automated processes in the production workplace
Manages and investigates exceptions
Manages process workloads/designs scheduling
Identifies improvements related to scheduling and technology

COMMUNICATIONS &; WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
The role requires establishing robust working relationship with the support functions of the organization:
Working closely with the IT department,



Developers and Business Stakeholders.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS):
Adherence to annual automation studio objectives, deliverables and timelines
Feedback from technical lead and business stakeholders.
Adhering to SLA's for resolution / escalation matrix.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems
Has UI Path expertise
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as UiPath Developer / Support.
UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Automation Hub Certified
Hands-on technical automation development experience.
Experience in MIS reporting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquired mind.
Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
