Strategic Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
Maintain high-level professionalism and accuracy in communication.
Coordinate with global logistics teams for real-time updates.
Documentation and reporting of call logs and outcomes.
Required Expertise
Excellent command of English (US accent preferred).
Willingness to work in night shifts (US business hours).
Solid problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of logistics or supply chain is a plus.
