What awaits you/ Job Profile
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and stability of business-critical applications.
Act as the primary support contact for incidents, performance, and availability.
Monitor systems, logs, and application health to detect and resolve issues early.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus.
Write clean, scalable code using Java programming languages.
Implement and manage database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
Work with Hibernate for ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) like Hibernate/JPA.
Implement messaging and streaming solutions using Kafka.
Support data validation, workplace readiness, and access management.
Track KPIs and recurring issues to improve reliability.
Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization.
Ensure business continuity during critical periods.

What should you bring along
Experience with deployments and configuration changes.
Experience in developing applications using Java, Quarkus frameworks, Microservices architecture, and Angular (preferably version 15 or above).




Solid expertise in ORM tools like Hibernate/JPA with 5+ years of experience.
Extensive hands-on experience with the Git version control system.
Experience in SQL like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Expertise in Kafka for messaging and streaming.
Actively worked in cost optimization in the areas of storage and services.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change).
Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
Basic knowledge of cloud, monitoring, and logging tools.
Experience in application support for critical systems.

Must have technical skill
Java/J2EE,Quarkus Frameworks, Microservices, Angular , PostgreSQL,
AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, EKS, CloudWatch)
Event Streaming (Kafka), Docker, Kubernetes.

Good to have technical skills
Certifications (ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow).
CI/CD and DevOps tools (Git).
Automation/scripting (Python, Shell).
Monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK stack).
Experience in regulated environments.
Certification in AWS,Java.
L3 Application Support & Incident Management expertise.
Monitoring tools experience (AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk,kibana).
Solid log analysis and root cause identification skills.
