Job Description – Payments & Collections (Enterprise Solutions / Transaction Banking)
Manage and implement the bank's Payments & Collections products for corporate and business customers.
Drive implementation and onboarding of Payment Gateway, POS (Point of Sale), and Soundbox solutions under the collections portfolio.
Support and implement payment solutions such as eNACH, Bulk Payments, Single Payments, and Integrated Payment Solutions.
Build and maintain robust relationships with branch teams and Relationship Managers (RMs) to identify business opportunities and onboard recent customers.
Ensure successful customer activation, drive regular transaction activity, and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
Manage the assigned customer portfolio by increasing product usage, customer engagement, and retention.
Acquire current customers and cross-sell the bank's Payments & Collections solutions to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, timely issue resolution, and a high-quality customer experience.
