Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock management.
Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock/MIS reports.
Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, transportation, and deliveries.
Draft and manage qualified email communication with clients, vendors, transporters, and internal teams.
Prepare warehouse-related reports using MS Excel.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and warehouse documentation.
Coordinate with procurement, operations, and finance teams for smooth workflow.
