Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end Global Payroll implementation projects.
Coordinate client onboarding and payroll system setup.
Validate payroll data and support data migration activities.
Configure Global Payroll Portal and payroll workflows.
Coordinate with clients, Payroll Service Providers (PSPs), and internal teams.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and payroll go-live activities.
Monitor implementation timelines, trackers, and project documentation.
Prepare handover documents and ensure smooth transition to payroll operations.
Troubleshoot implementation issues and support timely resolution.
Maintain implementation documentation and recommend process improvements.

Required Qualifications
Any Graduate.
5 6+ years of experience in Payroll Implementation, Global Payroll, or Payroll Operations.
Valuable understanding of payroll processes and payroll data structures.
Experience in payroll implementation and client onboarding.
Exposure to multi-country/global payroll environments is preferred.
Robust documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
