Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-oriented and energetic Store Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in retail or counter sales and possess strong communication and sales skills to provide an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend to customers and understand their product requirements.
Handle counter sales and process customer orders efficiently.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
Negotiate prices and close sales while achieving monthly targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.
Maintain accurate sales records and assist with billing when required.





Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 12th Pass
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
English: Basic English

Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000
