We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Punjabi-speaking Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Punjabi and be comfortable assisting customers by resolving their queries professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Communicate effectively in Punjabi (Hindi/English knowledge is an added advantage).
Maintain a positive and skilled attitude while interacting with customers.
Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
Follow company guidelines and meet quality standards.

Eligibility:
Fluent in Punjabi (speaking is mandatory).
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
