- Generate new business for PCD Pharma Franchise and Third Party Manufacturing.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective clients and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, franchise partners, stockists, and pharmaceutical companies.
- Explain product details, pricing, promotional schemes, and company policies to clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Follow up regularly with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts departments for timely execution of orders.
- Prepare and send quotations, product lists, price lists, and promotional materials to customers.
- Handle Third Party Manufacturing inquiries, including product requirements, packaging, formulations, and order confirmation.
- Coordinate with the purchase and production teams to ensure smooth execution of Third Party orders.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries,



orders, payments, and follow-ups in the CRM or ERP system.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for timely collections.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified business leads.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and current product launches.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of company data, customer information, pricing, and business strategies.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and company review meetings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely service.
- Perform any additional sales or business development tasks assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹15,557.00 - ₹40,956.18 per month
