Job Description

CB Tech Institute is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Academic Counselor to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving student admissions, achieving monthly enrollment targets, and providing guidance to prospective students about our academic programs. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students via calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries about course offerings, admission procedures,



and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to achieve monthly admission targets.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions through effective counseling techniques.
- Maintain and update records in Ms excel formats
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, and scheduling.
- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and orientation sessions when required.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
