Position: SAP PS (Project System) Consultant
Experience: 1–2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated SAP Project System (PS) Consultant with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS implementation or support projects. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost tracking, and project execution within SAP. The candidate should also possess basic knowledge of integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, PM, and SD modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP Project System (PS) module.
- Assist in creating and maintaining Project Definitions, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), Networks, and Activities.
- Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control processes.
- Monitor project costs, revenues, and project progress.
- Work on project settlements and financial integration with SAP FI/CO.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MM, PM, SD, and FI/CO.
- Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Create user documentation and conduct end-user training.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, and support projects.





Mandatory Skills

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS.
- Good understanding of SAP Project System (PS) processes.
- Knowledge of Project Definition, WBS, Networks, Activities, and Milestones.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Understanding of project cost planning and settlement.
- Basic knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration.
- Exposure to SAP MM, PM, or SD integration.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Project System.
- Exposure to Engineering, EPC, Manufacturing, Construction, or Infrastructure projects.
- Experience in implementation or support projects.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging.
- Understanding of Agile methodology.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Com, M.Com, MBA, or equivalent.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
