About the Role
The New Product Development Executive/Manager will be responsible for developing innovative home furnishing products by introducing new technical processes, constructions, and value-added finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop recent products for domestic and export markets.
- Research new materials and technologies.
- Develop technical processes including:
- Bonding
- Embossing
- Foiling
- 3-Pass Blackout fabrics
- Laminations
- Coatings
- Special fabric finishes
- Coordinate with Design and Production teams.
- Conduct product trials and validations.
- Prepare technical specifications and SOPs.
- Improve existing products through innovation.
- Coordinate with machine suppliers and chemical vendors.
- Ensure production feasibility.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. Textile Engineering or equivalent.
- 8–12 years of experience in textile product development.
- Strong knowledge of technical textiles and home furnishing processes.
- Experience with coating, bonding, embossing, blackout, and value-added fabric technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹83,333.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
