Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive who can connect with customers, explain our services effectively, and drive lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, has a persuasive approach, and wants to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company services
- Clearly explain our car/auto solutions and create customer interest
- Generate and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups
- Maintain accurate daily call records and update CRM/data sheets
- Coordinate with the field team for service execution when required




- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati
- Basic experience or understanding of telecalling/customer interaction
- Positive attitude with convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM entry level)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Working Details

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Location: Work from Office (Ahmedabad)
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives + additional bonus for field support
