Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Ideate and create engaging content including reels, stories, carousels, static posts, and captions.
- Handle content end-to-end, from ideation and scripting to execution and posting.
- Coordinate and participate in photoshoots and video shoots.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, sounds, and content styles.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, designers, influencers, and internal teams.
- Track social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Conduct competitor research and identify new opportunities for brand growth.
- Support influencer collaborations, campaigns, and brand activations.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency and aesthetics.

Requirements:





- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation.
- Solid understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and content ideation skills.
- Strong creative sense with an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Basic video editing and reel creation skills preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for social media, branding, content creation, and digital trends.
- Must be comfortable working from office in Kolkata.
