Job Description

Key Deliverables:

1. ‎Quantity estimation: Prepare accurate and practical estimates to support fair, competitive, and market-aligned pricing.

- Quantity Take-off: Derive clear activity-wise quantities from drawings.

- Rate Analysis: Work out rates considering current materials, labour, and execution requirements.

- Rate Benchmarking: Compare activity rates with current market standards to ensure competitiveness.

2. Contract Management – Manage large tenders to ensure compliance, optimize pricing, and identify risks, opportunities, and precast scope.

- Review, evaluate,



and manage contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

- Review costing to build effective price bid offers

3. Procurement Management: Oversee procurement of materials and services to ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing across ICs.

- Supplier Sourcing: Identify and assess specialized precast suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.

- Rate Negotiation: Support ICs in negotiating contracts to achieve favourable commercial terms.

- Cost Control: Assist ICs in monitoring supplier costs and expenditures to maintain budget control.

- Rate Standardization Coordinate with vendors to analyse rates and develop standardized pricing across categories for ICs.
