1. Prepare the Formulation Based on the BMR as per shift Production Plan

2. To be responsible for batch start up activity, Formulation, yield monitoring with QA team.

3. To review technical documentation of production like BMR, Cleaning Records, Validation Protocols, SOPs, cGMP, Raw Material etc.

4. Updating the production activity and receiving production planning of next products from production Planning of next products from superior

5. Ensuring and Maintain DM Plant and RO Plant in good condition on shift basis.

6. Daily documentation entries (BMR/ Machine Log/ Temp Log/Humidity Logs/ Cleaning Logs and other formats).

7. Follow the completion of SOPs and c GMP during batch Production. / Enter the equipment cleaning, Usage, and maintenance details in the equipment log.

8. Ensure water Re-circulation System Monitor on daily basis.

9. Ensuring and Maintain RO / DM Plant and SCADA in good condition.

10. Ensure all surfaces and containers are properly labeled & closed in Formulation room

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹37,061.54 per month
