Position: Accounts Executive

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Relevant Accounting Qualification

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, billing processes, bank reconciliation, GST compliance, and financial record management. The ideal candidate must be proficient in accounting software and capable of independently handling day-to-day accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage complete day-to-day accounting activities.

* Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.

* Generate and maintain customer and vendor invoices.

* Handle billing, cash billing, receipt entries, and payment processing.

* Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Prepare and reconcile cash, bank, and ledger accounts.

* Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

* Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.





* Coordinate with auditors and support during audits.

* Prepare MIS reports and financial reports as required by management.

* Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.

Required Skills

* Strong expertise in Accounting & Bookkeeping.

* Excellent knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Billing, and Cash Handling.

* Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

* Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

* Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas).

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

* Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounting functions.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

- Salary: As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
