We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team and help expand our client portfolio.

Job Summary

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve the company's business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
- Contact prospective clients and schedule meetings for business presentations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM tools or company records.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Creative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, networking events,



and business presentations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or client servicing is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident presentation and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn about digital marketing services and industry trends.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of digital marketing services such as Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Branding, Website Development, and Content Marketing.
- Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to generate leads through online and offline channels.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred.
