Raw Material & Pre-production InspectionFabric & Trims: Inspect fabrics (using the 4-point system), zippers, buttons, and labels against approved tech packs and trim cards.Pre-Production (PP) Meetings: Review size sets and pattern amendments to prevent issues before bulk manufacturing begins.2. In-Line & Process ControlIn-Process Audits: Conduct checks at cutting, sewing, and finishing stages to catch defects early (e.g., stitch errors, measurements, and shading).Process Adherence: Ensure operators follow buyer-specific SOPs and standard measurement tolerances.3. Final Inspection & ReportingFinal Audits: Perform pre-final and final randomized audits (AQL) on packed garments prior to shipment.Defect Analysis: Record non-conformances, identify root causes, and collaborate with production teams to apply corrective actions.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
