Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial documentation, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist management with financial analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain expense records.
- Process payroll entries and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.




- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- M.Com or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in the Manufacturing or HVAC industry is preferred.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and taxation.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and deadline-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
