- Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues (motherboards, RAM, hard drives, power supplies, etc.)
- Perform routine system maintenance and component replacements

- Troubleshoot software errors and application issues
- Remove malware, viruses, and unwanted programs
- Configure user profiles and settings
- Set up and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connections
- Configure routers, switches, and Wi-Fi devices
- Ensure proper connectivity for printers and shared resources
- Monitor network‐related issues and escalate when necessary
