We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with 3+ years of experience in web and mobile application development, along with exposure to AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications.
- Integrate AI/ML models and APIs into applications.
- Participate in coding, code reviews, and debugging.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Ensure best practices in development, security, and performance.
- Assist in project planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking.
- Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- 3+ years of experience in Python/PHP (Laravel).
- Basic to intermediate experience in AI/ML concepts.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks/libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
- Experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., chatbots, NLP, or image processing).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and MVC architecture.
- Experience with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency with Git/version control.

Qualifications:

- B.Tech - CS, IT, AI, ML / MCA.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience.
