1. Role Overview a) We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer (4–6 years) with strong expertise in SPFx (SharePoint Framework) and Power Automate to modernize and migrate our existing SharePoint 2019 On-Premises custom applications to a modern architecture using SPFx with React JS. b) The candidate will play a key role in transforming legacy custom solutions built using Provider-Hosted Add-ins, C# code, JavaScript, Power Automate, and SQL Server backend into scalable, up-to-date SharePoint solutions. Key Responsibilities 1.
Analyze existing SharePoint 2019 On-Premises custom applications (~30 applications). 2. Rewrite and modernize applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with React JS. 3. Replace legacy Provider-Hosted Add-ins with modern SPFx components. 4. Design and implement client-side web parts, extensions, and reusable components. 5. Integrate Power Automate workflows to enhance business processes. 6. Ensure seamless integration with backend systems (SQL Server / APIs). 7. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions. 8 Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications. 9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during migration and post-deployment. 10. Follow best practices for SharePoint Online / Modern SharePoint development. c) Required Skills & Experience 1. 4–6 years of experience in SharePoint development. 2.
