Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Online IB MYP Teacher to tutor students in Mathematics. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum, IB MYP and the ability to deliver engaging, student-centered lessons in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality online lessons to students.
- Provide personalized instruction based on student strengths and weaknesses.
- Prepare students for exams through mock tests, past papers, and revision sessions.
- Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to students and/or parents.
- Maintain regular communication and scheduling with students.
- Create and share teaching materials and assignments as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; relevant subject specialization preferred.
- Proven experience teaching IB MYP Curriculum (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent command of English.
- Familiarity with the curriculum and assessment standards.
- Solid digital literacy and access to a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in an online setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Teaching certification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
- Experience with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).
- Previous experience with international students.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹450- ₹800 per hour

without any deductions and it will be finalised post the Interview considering the knowledge skills and experience

Appraisal will be introduced post performance review, student feedback , conversions and results within a span of 2/3 months_no TDS deductions... per hour rate would be calculated.

Engagement hours- As it is freelance, timings are Versatile,we are expecting the faculties to contribute at least 2/3 hrs anytime from 4pm -11:30 pm IST

Our organisation is working and are conducting classes according to the availability from 3pm IST to midnight to early morning as we have leads (students) globally..

But our peak hours would range from 5-9:30pm IST.., we can arrange the classes post the confirmation and availability and consider the mutual slot from the student and the faculty side.

Post profile shortlisting, you can specify your daily/ weekly availability to the operations team, we can arrange the sessions accordingly
