Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Communication Executive to manage client interactions, ensure timely communication, and build strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Provide project updates and resolve client concerns promptly.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications in CRM systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and retention.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.




- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in client communication, customer service, account management, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
