Job description

We are looking for a skilled Finishing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finishing and be able to get the tasks completed effectively.

Roles and Responsibility

· Supervise and coordinate the finishing work on construction projects.

· Ensure all finishing work meets high-quality standards and is completed on time.

· Manage and motivate a team of labourers/contractors to achieve project goals.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

· Collaborate with other departments (Head of Project, Senior Engineer) to ensure seamless project execution.

· Develop and implement effective finishing schedules and plans.

Job Requirements





· Proven experience as a Finishing Supervisor or similar role.

· Solid knowledge of finishing techniques, materials, and equipment.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies.

Candidates from Goa preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
