Job Summary

The Motor Insurance Policy Making Executive is responsible for issuing and processing motor insurance policies efficiently and accurately. The role is open for both freshers and experienced candidates, with responsibilities aligned to experience level. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and insurer portals to ensure smooth policy issuance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1) Policy Issuance & Processing

- · Issue motor insurance policies (Comprehensive, Third-Party, OD-only) via insurer portals
- · Verify proposal forms, KYC documents, and vehicle details
- · Ensure correct IDV, NCB, add-ons, and premium calculations
- · Process endorsements such as name transfer, hypothecation, corrections, etc.

(Freshers will perform these tasks under supervision; experienced candidates will handle independently.)

2) Coordination & Follow-ups

- · Coordinate with insurers for approvals and underwriting queries
- · Work with sales team for incomplete or discrepancy cases
- · Follow up for pending documents to meet TAT

3) Renewals & Data Management

- · Handle motor policy renewals and improve retention
- · Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel trackers
- · Track pending cases and ensure timely closure

4) Compliance & Quality Check

- · Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company SOPs.
- · Conduct quality checks to avoid errors in policy issuance.




- · Maintain audit-ready documentation and records.

Key Skills & Competencies

- · Basic to strong understanding of motor insurance products
- · Familiarity with insurer portals (for experienced candidates)
- · Attention to detail and accuracy
- · Good communication and coordination skills
- · Ability to manage workload and timelines
- · Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Qualifications

- · 12th pass candidate with good learning skill
- · Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Insurance preferred)
- · Insurance certification (preferred but not mandatory)

ExperienceFor Freshers:

- · 0–1 year experience
- · Basic understanding of insurance (preferred)
- · Willingness to learn and grow

For Experienced Candidates:

- · 1–3+ years in motor insurance policy issuance/operations
- · Hands-on experience with insurer portals
- · Good understanding of underwriting and documentation

Preferred Attributes

- · Experience in broker/agency environment (for experienced candidates)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
