Key Responsibilities

- Programming & Optimization: Develop PLC programs (e.g., Siemens ) and robot for automated cells.
- Integration: Integrate robots with PLC controls, sensors, cameras, and grippers to create fully functional automation.
- Commissioning & Support: Perform installation, and troubleshooting in production environments.
- Process Improvement: Analyze automated processes for efficiency, improving cycle times, and optimizing robotic motion.
- Safety & Documentation: Maintain documentation including SOPs, safety standards,

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with PLC platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and robot brands (ABB, Fanuc).
- Skills: Experience with robot simulation tools (e.g., RobotStudio/ RoboGuide) and Industrial Communication Protocols (PROFINET, Ethernet/IP).
- Experience: Usually requires 5+-10 years in automation, manufacturing, or robotics integration.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
