Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional objectives. Throughout the day, the lead monitors testing progress, evaluates key performance indicators, and ensures effective resolution of issues to uphold product quality. Collaboration with diverse teams and continuous process improvement are central to driving successful project outcomes.

- Mentor and support junior team members to foster skilled growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies applicable to software development lifecycles.
- Experience in designing and executing end-to-end testing strategies including functional, integration, and system testing.
- Ability to define and track key quality metrics to monitor test execution and defect management effectively.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for defect tracking, test automation, and continuous integration environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide practical solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
