Job Description
- Attending AMC / CAMC visits
- Providing services for chillers under warranty
- Attending trouble shooting and breakdown calls for chillers
- Supervision of Chiller unloading, installation & commissioning
- Achieve targets for Spares and Service business
- Follow-up to recover outstanding payments
- Providing training to customer’s O & M team, handing over of chiller to Customer after commissioning
- Generating inquiries for spares and Value Added Product
- Arranging suitable vendors / contractors for chiller erection / shut down jobs, if required
- Technical support / solutions to customers
- Increase customer satisfaction levels
- Collection of TDS, C-Forms and other documents from Customers as and when required
Qualification :
- We would prefer ITI (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) OR Diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical).
