10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Qualification

- Any Graduation

Experience Required

Branch Manager (BM)

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Gold Loan Industry.

Assistant Branch Manager (ABM)

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Gold Loan or Finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Gold Operations

- Evaluate the purity and weight of old gold for purchase or exchange.
- Follow company security procedures during gold appraisal and handling.

Customer Service & Sales

- Assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Promote and sell:
- Gold Coins
- Silver Coins
- Jewelry
- Gold/Silver Biscuits
- Corporate Gifting Solutions
- Digital Wallet Services

Field Marketing





- Execute local marketing activities including:
- Umbrella Marketing
- Leaflet Distribution
- Outdoor Promotional Campaigns
- Travel within the branch's operating area to generate recent business and increase brand visibility.

Digital Services

- Educate customers about digital payment solutions and corporate gifting services.
- Support customers in using digital wallet services.

Pay: ₹14,415.20 - ₹48,421.28 per month
