Job Location: BengaluruJob SummaryThe MIS Transport Executive is responsible for coordinating and overseeing transportation operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will serve as backup support for the Transport Executive, with primary responsibilities including reporting, scheduling, and transport coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate transportation routes for optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Manage relationships with drivers and other transportation partners
Monitor route operations and resolve any issues or delays that arise during transit
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards




Analyze transportation data and prepare reports on performance metrics
Collaborate with other departments to improve transportation processes and reduce costs
Manage transportation budgets and control expenses
Negotiate contracts with transportation providers
Implement and maintain transportation management systems
Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies in transportation logistics
Responsible for overall transport billing and vendor management
Resolve issues and audit trip sheets
Send data to vendors for invoicing and process collected invoices as per protocol
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and bills
Support accounts payable functions
RequirementsEducation: Any Graduate
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in relevant field
Prior experience in any transport-related function is essential
Work ArrangementsShift Timings: Rotational shifts (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
