JD:
Operate and monitor the Chlor-Alkali plant through the DCS system.
Control process parameters and respond to alarms.
Coordinate with field operators for secure and efficient plant operation.
Perform plant start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting.
Maintain shift logs and production records.
Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, PTW, and PPE requirements.
Qualification & Experience:
B Sc (chemistry), Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a DCS Operator in a Chlor-Alkali, Caustic Soda, or Chemical Process Plant.
Experience with Honeywell, Yokogawa, Emerson DeltaV, ABB, Siemens, or similar DCS systems is preferred.
Willing to work in rotating shifts.
