We are hiring a full time Telecaller for EWB Courses.
Responsibilities:
Call prospective students and leads provided by the company.
Explain EWB courses, training programs and services clearly.
Follow up with interested candidates and support conversions.
Maintain accurate call records and update lead status.
Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and counselling team.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication in Telugu and Hindi, with basic English.
Confident, polite and persuasive telephone communication.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain follow-up records.
Must be willing to work from the office at Ratan Tata Innovation Hub, Siripuram, Visakhapatnam.
Salary: Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month plus performance incentives.
