WAITER – JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to join our restaurant team.
Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist customers politely.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks on time.
Explain menu items and answer customer questions.
Maintain cleanliness and proper table arrangements.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff.
Check customer satisfaction during service.
Prepare and transparent tables before and after meals.
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Required Skills:Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of food and restaurant service.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.
Polite, punctual, responsible, and well-groomed.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
